Your prana energy will be stoked thru conscious breathing techniques while cultivating inner perceptual awareness and increasing concentration.Having a deep thirst for knowledge, she continues to add to her 350 hours of education at Laughing Lotus. She is native San Franciscan who has raised two beautiful children who continue to be her gurus. She loves all forms of music, animals, tattoos and funky juice blends.
